The Best Western Jacó Beach Resort

  • 28 condo-hotel units, Villas Jacó Princess, and

Pinares Denny’s Restaurant - Located at the shopping mall Momentum Pinares in the east of San José city, it was opened on june 26th 2011.

Torres del Parque, a 52 condo tower in front of La Sabana Metropolitan Park, in San José (former Motel Bemo site).

Other condominium projects – a 25 unit residential development in Sabanilla and a 55 unit development in Tibás.

Grupo Marta Hospitality maintains ownership interests at most of the hotels and restaurants operated by its management group. Furthermore, in compliance with its expansion plans the company also has interests in the following:
