GRUPO MARTA HOTELS COMPLETES RENOVATION
OF THE BEST WESTERN IRAZÚ HOTEL & CASINO IN SAN JOSÉ, COSTA RICA
SAN JOSÉ, Costa Rica, 1 Nov 2010 – Grupo Marta Hotels today announced that it has completed a renovation of the Best Western Irazú Hotel & Casino, located in San José, Costa Rica.
“This renovation demonstrates our commitment to keep up with current trends and provide guests with high quality accommodations and value-added services,” said Eduardo Montero, General Manager. “When guests visit the Best Western Irazú Hotel & Casino, they will continue to find the friendly service and comfort traditionally associated with our landmark hotel.”
As part of the renovation, improvements were made to the exterior of the 300-room hotel, including new windows, and architectural details. New lighting to improve curb appeal will also be implemented within the next few months.
In a quest to enhance their customers’ experience, Grupo Marta Hotels implemented a full renovation of the hotel’s guest rooms. They improved bedding and overall room décor, added flat screen (LCD) televisions, refreshed the bathrooms including curved shower rods, incorporated laptop-friendly safes, and installed centralized air-conditioning in one of the hotel’s wings. Finally, inspired by the constant guest praises on the hotel’s landscaping and grounds, the windows on the pool-side rooms were redesigned to take full advantage of their views.
The Best Western Irazú Hotel & Casino, a landmark city resort, is committed to innovation and service. Its service offering today includes complimentary breakfast, free wireless Internet and international calls, airport shuttles every twenty minutes, an open-bar hour everyday at five o’clock in the afternoon, and 24-hour room service.
